Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Beaconhills College. You are making a valuable contribution to the opportunities available to our students.
As you are not a direct parent of a child at the College, we may ask for further information to verify your volunteering interest.
Please email email@example.com if you have any queries.
ENSURE YOU HAVE A WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK CARD (WWCC)
Volunteers must hold a valid and current WWCC* and ensure it is linked to Beaconhills College as the organisation where you are volunteering.
* If you hold a current VIT (Victorian Institute of Teaching) registration, or are a police force member, your VIT registration or police ID number will suffice for WWCC validation. You do not need to provide evidence of further checks.
NOTE: VIT holders – please be aware of new notification requirements where you are working/volunteering with children in a “non-teaching” capacity. Please refer HERE for more information, and your reporting requirements to Working With Children Check Victoria.
